Oct. 16th, 2009 02:35 pmI was just flipping through some old back entries and I realized.
It has been just over a year since I "officially" joined YA fandom. I missed the actual day because it is not like I actually pay attention to these things except on accident, but I stopped lurking (read: actually contributed something) one year + three days ago. So after I stopped going o__O, I thought about it a bit. I remember being all tiny and nervous and afraid, because I jumped out all alone and I am not very good at that.
♥ But it turned out to be one of the best things I ever did. ♥
I am just. So. So that I joined this fandom. I have had so much joy. I can't believe how lucky I've been to meet such an amazing and wonderful group of people. Such a little comic, one I very nearly did not read at all, has allowed me access to so much fun and enjoyment, I just. I wouldn't trade it or this fandom or any of you for anything.
I know I am often times a big downer, but my general level of love has never wavered, and has instead gotten bigger and blinkier as time has gone on.
And.
Just.
Thank you guys for making what could have been sucky and lonely and a little heartbreaking into one of the best fandom experiences I have ever had. ILU GUYS.

re:yesterday's post. work jumped up to bite me in the face almost immediately after i made that post so i had to put it on the back burner but i'm moving it back up front today to see if anything boils. :D
